1 General Provisions

To register an account with 77jo, you must be 18 years of age or older. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Accounts created with false information may be terminated at any time, and any balance in such accounts may be forfeited.

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all of them will be closed. The following information is required at the time of registration:

• Valid email address
• Mobile Number
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Payment method details (bKash/Nagad/Rocket number)

77jo may request additional documents at any time for identity verification purposes. The KYC (Know Your Customer) process may require submission of a national ID card or passport copy. Withdrawals may be put on hold until this process is completed.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The minimum deposit on 77jo is BDT 100 and the maximum daily deposit is BDT 50,000. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Funds are typically credited to your account within 5 to 15 minutes.

The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours, though delays may occur if KYC verification is incomplete. Additional processing time may apply on weekends and public holidays.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the original deposit
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from your bonus balance
• 77jo reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals in the case of suspicious transactions
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit is BDT 1,00,000

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus: Get a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to BDT 5,000. A wagering requirement of 15x the deposit amount applies. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

• Each bonus may only be used once per account
• Multiple bonus claims from the same IP address or device are not permitted
• 77jo reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time
• Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means may result in account termination
• Winnings from free spin bonuses require 10x wagering before withdrawal

5 Gaming Rules

All games on 77jo are RNG (Random Number Generator) certified. This means every game outcome is entirely random with no predetermined patterns. Neither 77jo nor any of its staff can alter game results.

77jo is not liable for technical issues or disconnections that occur during gameplay. In such cases, game outcomes are generally determined based on server logs. Please contact customer support if you experience any issues.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77jo platform:

• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Unauthorized access to another user's account
• Creating an account using a false or third-party identity

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse the bonus system
• Hacking or launching cyberattacks against the platform
• Harassing or threatening other players

7 Account Termination & Suspension

77jo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for the following reasons: violation of terms and conditions, suspicious activity, provision of false information, or failure to meet legal requirements.

You may also voluntarily close your account by contacting customer support. Any valid balance at the time of closure can be withdrawn in accordance with the applicable rules, though any bonus balance will be forfeited.

Under our Responsible Gaming policy, you may also opt for self-exclusion. You can deactivate your account for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently.

8 Privacy & Data Protection
